Cancellation And Return Policy

Welcome to Allied Multi Courier Services!

  1. Order Cancellation:

    Order to be cancelled 24 hours prior to the actual time of delivery to claim a refund of the amount paid. No refunds will be done after the start of the 24-hour delivery window.

  2. Cancellation Process:

    Cancellation of the order shall be done by mail with the subject: "Cancellation Request" and sent to info@alliedzip.com. The e-mail shall contain the following details:

    • Order ID: [Your Order ID]
    • Cancellation Reason: [Your Cancellation Reason]

  3. Refund Conditions:

    Refund will be made under the following conditions:

    • The order was cancelled.
    • Order was not delivered to the recipient. (It does not cover the case of baseless recipient)
    • If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if found correct, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

  4. Cancellation Charge:

    In case of cancellation, a 20% charge will be applicable. The amount will be refunded to the same account from which it was deducted within 3-7 working days.

  5. Exemptions:

    Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for a refund.

  6. Additional Information:

    Any extra amount credited to Allied Multi Courier Services account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
